We manage your income producing property with a team approach. Your investment is assigned to an operations manager who will have direct control of and be responsible for the bottom line performance over and above the normal and presumed functions of renting, leasing, collecting, and handling tenant relations.
The operations manager is responsible for all financial reporting which is then processed by accounting. Our in-house computer capability offers an additional management tool to aid in making financial decisions.
In addition, the operations manager will have the support of the local company maintenance supervisor. The maintenance supervisor will inspect and analyze your property at the time of the acquisition and periodically thereafter.
